What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to project home page 
2. Click link to licensing discussion
3. See error page 

Please provide any additional information below.

I can't use LGPL libraries because I am developing for app stores and/or mobile 
devices that make it impossible to fulfill LGPL's requirement to allow the user 
to relink new versions of the library.  Please consider MPL version 2 instead.
