UMA Core (Sec 3.3.2 and Sec 11.1) references JWT normatively. There should be a proper citation. Note that JWT has been approved as an RFC but has not been assigned a number yet (http://www.thread-safe.com/2015/01/jwt-json-web-token-is-now-approved-for.html).

Done in Core rev 12a. We don't yet know the official RFC number.
