Okay to use the made-up URI "http://kantarainitiative.org/ns/uma/1.0/..." for labeling the AM endpoints and other identifying URIs? Should these actually resolve to anything? (Waiting for Kantara staff to get back to us.)

[Previously #36]

We have been assigned the base URI http://docs.kantarainitiative.org/uma/... and should replace the old usage of "http://kantarainitiative.org/ns/uma/... with this. We need to indicate in the spec text that this URI is only temporary, awaiting final standardization in the eventual standards body where this is contributed and taken up as a work item. (See the relevant Kantara LC policy here: http://kantarainitiative.org/confluence/display/LC/Temporary+URL+Labeling+in+Technical+Specifications)
