what dependencies do you need and what should be inputted in cmd to use it?

It's an NSO unpacker, not an NRO one. I would probably recommend using Atmosphere's patching system over manually creating NSOs nowadays, but it requires Python 3, lz4 and pycryptodome. It can be used with python nso.py extract nso_path text_path
