Hello, this PR provides support for the Mirabella Genio White A60 globe. These are a very common brand in Australia, on the shelves at most supermarkets and hardware stores etc.
Unfortunately, like many cheaper brands, they're often hard to confirm which version you're buying until you take them out of the box.
This PR is for a warm white E60 globe bought from Coles Supermarket in April 2021, which came in a cardboard box.
Same as: https://www.woolworths.com.au/shop/productdetails/877102/mirabella-smart-led-gls-es-9w-cool-white

I was unable to get tuya-convert to work on this globe so disassembled and wired up usb serial.
This light globe uses the TYLC5 esp module and a SM2123 PWM -> constant current led driver chip connected to pin 14 on esp.
Note on the photo of the TYLC5 module below, TX and RX are labelled pads, I soldered wires to these.
The round pad below them near the bottom of the module (next to 3.3V label) is the boot pin that needs to be grounded at startup to trigger programming mode.
The actual 3.3V is on a "pin" going through board next to that 3.3V label. The final image below shows where I soldered my 3.3V power wire onto one pin of the capacitor, and the ground wire to one side of SMD resistor near edge of board.
