With espurna-1.10.1-itead-sonoff-basic-dht22 I can see the sensors values and the switch maintain its status between reboot.

Starting with espurna-1.11.0-itead-sonoff-basic-dht22 and espurna-1.11.1-itead-sonoff-basic-dht22, the switch is always ON between reboot and the sensors values are timeout...

1.11 is a huge refactor of the sensors modules and it's still stabilizing. Latest dev branch should solve both issues you are describing. I might release it today as 1.11.2.
