I was wondering how low is the value of this?

One second is lowest possible? But for example if I open and close window I get only Open and no close, put recursive to 1sec. What would happen if it was 0.2 sec?

That is when I use rf bridge with magnet contacts.

Do you mean the DOMOTICZ_SKIP_TIME setting? I guess it's a matter of testing it since it will depend on network latency and how fast Domoticz itself forwards the message. Setting it to 0.2 will mean it will skip any message on the same IDX for 200 milliseconds.

Actually, I think I can completely remove this check since the relay module won't report again if the relay status is already the requested... I got to check this.

Yes, this feature is completely useless now. Will be removed with next release.
