Describe the bug
In track hamburger overflow menus/popups, and album information dialogs, character entities are not decoded/translated and instead rendered literally.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to an album listing for an album with an ampersand in the name, or by an artist with an apostrophe in the name.
  2. Click on the "i" button in the lower right of the album artwork, or on the overflow menu of a track by the artist.
  3. See that the character entities are not decoded/translated in various places, and instead rendered directly.

Expected behavior
Character entities are decoded/translated in the areas described (and likely others, where they currently are not).
