Deprecated due to a build issue in gdb; please use v12.3.0-2.
Version 12.3.0-1 is a new release of the xPack RISC-V Embedded GCC package, following the upstream GNU GCC release. It also adds the optional zicsr and zifencei to the multi-lib definitions.
