Maintain Fabric Support for Meteor Client compatability

Meteor Client does not plan on migrating to or supporting Quilt so if this mod fully migrates to Quilt then it will be left incompatible with Meteor Client making using this on anarchy servers extremely impractical because of the need to rejoin constantly and wait in queues for ungodly amounts of time.

Maintain support for Fabric for the foreseeable future until a solution arises for using Meteor on Quilt.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Doesn't seem like there are any other real options that won't involve making life extremely difficult for anarchy players.

About that, I am unsure if I will actually end up transferring to QuiltMC. In any case it seems this will not affect compatibility with Meteor, so I will close the issue.
