Bugfix release 5.5.1

Dear XRootD community,

The xrootd 5.5.1 release candidate 1 has been tagged, I'm creating this issue so we have a place where we can discuss the upcoming release.

The stable branch is up to date with master and has been tagged:

The latest RC tag in xrootd-ceph (v5.5.1-rc2) does not include the latest commit.

The tag in xrootd-ceph was updated, but the git submodule in xrootd was not updated in neither master nor stable-5.5.x:

$ git submodule status
0139966 src/XrdCeph (v5.4.0-rc1)

@ellert : thanks for pointing it out! I pushed the tag but forgot to push the branch. Now it should be in tack, this will be included in the final release.

The branch is consistent now. Master still points to the old submodule hash tough:
