I noticed that when we build xrootd 5.5.X with -DXRDCL_ONLY=TRUE then SciTokens are disabled[a]. Does this mean our build of xrootd is not goodto use tokens for authentication?

When building from source, prior to 5.5.4, the ztn plug-in was mistenly not built with XRDCL_ONLY and could affect SciToken usage depending on how the server was configured. However, in every 5.5.x release the client has full capability to use SciTokens. The particular libraries that are not being built are only needed by the server not the client.
