When one specifies two fslib directives the last one takes precedence. However, when the last such directive names the builin plugin you get the message
Config warning: ignoring fslib; libXrdOfs.so is built-in.
=====> xrootd.fslib /usr/lib64/libXrdOfs.so
suggesting that the whole directive was nullified which is not the case. It actually does displace any previous such directive.
