IE8 Hotfix release

Fix some issues regarding to IE8, it is now partially works on IE8 with some limitations

Bower installable release

• Add bower.json so it installabe via bower
• Add more sample
• Add .gitattributes so downloadable zip is cleaner

Fix several bugs known on the latest release

• fix checkbox behaviour
• fix input with % in data-format after refresh and update
• fix and add sample for dynamic form
