Error when sending file as remote file URL

Describe the bug

When error happens on the client-side, the file referred to is sent as a URL directly instead of the local file path.

We need to handle those cases as well as the source map path

Make an error on the client-side like trying the format a date from useLoaderData

Expected behavior

We should see the stacktrace decoded like intended
