Just like the css effect, xterm can be set with option "white-space:nowrap", and it will never start a new line except character '\n'. And then I can scroll horizon to view the whole line.

@egmontkob 👍 I don't think this is the right direction either.
@haoqi0818 you can always put xterm.js into a container that has overflow: scroll to make it bigger, the idea you're suggesting doesn't really work with everything else though.
