theme.css is not reachable in themes-editor #1

when changing the css in the child template xtreme-minimalist one has to do it in
/themes/xtreme-child-theme/ccs/screen/theme.css

but this file is not reachablle in the editor, only styles.css (which is empty).

so theme.css has to be downloaded, changed, uploaded again - and then clear cache (save template).
this is kind of complicated.
