meta-learning for weight prediction

Hi, I have a question about meta-learning.
In your paper mentioned "The weight prediction is one of meta-learning strategy in
the neural network". And in your code, I find a class named Pos2Weight, which contains 2 Linear layer connected with relu. I wonder how the meta-learning is implemented? I think parameters in Pos2Weight are trained together with feature learning module, is there any misunderstanding?
