使用vuetify.js 的 v-app时有问题 #1

使用vuetify.js时，v-app是必须要使用的，详见： https://vuetifyjs.com/en/framework/default-markup
而如果把例子的App.vue的模板放进v-app标签中，例子的网页就会变为空白。

在我的程序里，使用了vuetify.js和EasyRefresh，上拉加载时，网页先变为空白，然后才显示新加载的内容。
