Upgrade dependency on LDAP User Import to version 1.4.1

This version enables administrators to import LDAP groups to the wiki.

The documentation for this new feature is already present in the documentation page of the Active Directory application, but is within a {{comment}} macro. Once a version of Active Directory containing this change is released, we'll need to remove this macro to show the documentation.
