No logs during user import #54

Some packages contain a log of users (we've seen almost 80000 (yes, 80M)).

During the "import users" phase, the log bar "progresses" but sometimes the package is huge and it's not clear the progress bar is moving at first.

I think it would be useful to have a log per user so we know the progress is not stuck.

Workaround: one can get the progress using the developer tools to see the network requests for the job log. There's a progress field.
