Replace button in Edit Image window duplicates functionality of Change Image action

The Replace button in the Edit Image/Image Details modal duplicates the functionality of the Change Image button.

I'd suggest removal of the button from Edit Image, unless there's a different UX reason for leaving it in.

We should consider the same for video/audio widgets. They currently feature a "Replace (Video|Audio)" link in the left sidebar of the edit screen, but the widget doesn't get updated with the new file once replaced.

Can we try this in a branch? I'm worried that relying on the "replace" button inside the detail modal might be hard to discover.

@melchoyce Just to be clear, I'm arguing for the opposite. That the Change Image button should be the primary way to change/replace the image.
