如果ping失败，列表不会显示0ms或者-1ms。希望优化一下这个...不然全局ping的时候你不看鬼知道服务器炸了没...

试一下这个shadowsocksr-v2ray-release-3.7.0.6.apk
改了applicationId，数据，权限要重新弄一下
