阿里云盘升级开放平台业务，引入新权益及限制

阿里云盘将在五月下旬对其开放平台业务进行全面升级，包括上线“三方应用权益包”和部分接口升级调整。

新增的“三方应用权益包”将提供第三方应用下载和上传权益，而现有的“SVIP超级会员”则侧重于客户端的使用权益。

关于接口，对单用户的文件下载API的并发连接数进行了限制，单一应用最大为2，整个账户最大为3。

此外，未购买“权益包”的用户在使用视频API时只能获得标清视频。
