Maybe the file is missing. This file is generated by the code based https://github.com/liyaguang/DCRNN (Data Preparation). You may also find the code in https://github.com/xyk0058/ASTGAT scripts root.

Hello, thank you for doing such a great work!. But when I try to implement the code, I found that in the generate_training_data file of the DCRNN, the folder "data" does not actually exist, so I made some changes to the code and found that by using the relative path the problem can be solved.
