The device does not open the intercom. #14

Hello, thanks for the cool device!

Unfortunately, I ran into a problem, the purchased device does not open the intercom, as well as the device does not switch to silent mode.

I have only 2 modes working, these are "never" and "drop".

  1. In the "never" mode, I receive a call on the intercom and can open it with the intercom button. If I press the button on the device, the intercom does not open.

  2. In the "drop" mode, when you call the intercom, there is a reset, everything is fine here.

  3. In the "once" and "always" modes, the device picks up the phone, but does not open the intercom.

  4. When I turn off the sound mode, I still get a call on the handset.

Please help me figure out my problem, thanks in advance!


p.s: In the z2m logs, I see a change in the status of the device, there is no opening. I attached the settings from z2m, maybe they will help.

Firstly, what's strange is that you didn't ask your seller how to solve your problems :)
Problems you describing are not about device or Zigbee network. It's about you intercom system and timings.
First start wit default values. z2m If it works you can reduce timings one by one. If not you need to increase timings one by one.

Can I write to you here in case of success/failure?

P/s immediately wrote to you, as I am sure that the device changes its states when interacting with the intercom (I see state changes to ring, talk, open). From this, I concluded that the device is working well, and I can assume that there is some kind of trouble in my settings.
