背景

ファイラのフォントを設定可能にする #57 でファイラのフォント設定機能を追加したが、フォントを GUI で変更できない
ファイラ以外にも popup-string などのフォント設定もここで行えるような UI にする

対応

共通設定→「フォント（いろいろ）」でファイラのフォントを指定できるようにする
- xyzzy.ini の [Font] セクションの Filer に設定値は保存
