Hi Rick - I saw that someone had previously reported an issue on portfolio modal order but I am having the same issue now and I wanted to ask if there is a way to remove the sorting by date and instead just stick with sorting by file name, since date is still a part of the content and will have to be there?

PS: in the meantime, I've removed all dates from the default layout and from the project files. I guess they're not necessary, but would be great to have the option to have them in without having it change the sorting mechanism.

If it makes any difference, I'm using a Jekyll version of this theme that separates data and layout and uses .md's - not sure if that's important, but I just noticed that there are several versions of this theme with different file structures (would be great to understand also what the difference is!)
