Describe the bug

When launching game there is a pop up saying “failed to initialize graphics make sure directX 11 is installed.” Any idea how to fix it to play Genshin on Mac?

• macOS: Mac OS Monterey 12.7.4
• Device: MacBook Air 2015
• CPU: dual core intel i5 1.6 GHZ
• Dedicated GPU (if any): Inter HD graphics 6000
• RAM: 8gb 1600 MHz ddr3

Logs (if any)

If it's related to the launcher, upload neutralinojs.log in Yaagl Data Directory

If it's related to the game, upload `logs/game_{timestamp}.log in Yaagl Data Directory

Hard to tell what's really causing the problem. Try reinstalling launcher and launcher files. No need to touch game files. Method is on pain page.

Did someone solve the problem? I have MacBook Pro 15 2014. This one is more powerful a bit and has discrete Nvidia.

I've tried to use different wine types. Crossover works, but it doesn't go farther epilepsy warning and just keeps showing this warning. Types v9.2-mingw and v8.16-3shain give such an error as above

Use crossover wine and change the Molten VK to see if that makes a diff.
