How can i get custom popup with dropdown. Dropdown values will come from custom API in angular 6

Not exactly, I want my template (which will have dropdown whose value will come from API), to be rendered on click of link icon in ckeditor

I think that your question does not apply to ng2-ckeditor, even if you code is written in angular. You can find additional information on ckeditor homepage. Maybe you are looking for an answer how to open a pop-up from toolbar. If so check the closed issues and you will find what you are looking for.
