Make CACHE_DIR configurable via test params-ktest.cfg

CACHE_DIR variable used as a path component to the directory where ktest temp files are stored, including vm disk files.

However, for some test it make sense to put disk files to another (more faster and isolated) media. So it would be good to have such configuration option in ktest-params.cfg.
