unable to use alt+backspace #6

Using alt + backspace to delete an entire word results in some odd behavior.
The word is not deleted and the the cursor appears in the wrong place.

Tested using latest chrome & firefox on osx.

isn't ALT+BACKSPACE is just UNDO?
