Mod Policy: in all cities in which the majority religion is an enhanced religion is not part of cityFilter

Describe the bug

Hello,

after some time I look at my mods again and realized that some of them do not work anymore. Among other things, the following policy no longer works:

[-5]% Culture cost of natural border growth [in all cities in which the majority religion is a enhanced religion] <while the empire is happy>

According to https://yairm210.github.io/Unciv/Modders/uniques/ is the scheme:

[relativeAmount]% Culture cost of natural border growth [cityFilter]

And cityFilter can still be in all cities in which the majority religion is an enhanced religion according to https://yairm210.github.io/Unciv/Modders/Unique-parameters/#cityfilter. However, this does not seem to be recognized by the game.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a mod with [-5]% Culture cost of natural border growth [in all cities in which the majority religion is a enhanced religion] <while the empire is happy> as Policy effect.
2. Start the mod checker.

In earlier versions of the game it worked without any problems.

This was probably due to the correction of the spelling mistake 'a' and 'an'.
Introduction of the error or correction that caused the error: 7e35e41
