Describe the bug

Using a ranged unit to attack a 1-health city, it will still display the health value that will decrease in the next attack, and this value is very large

Steps to Reproduce

Attack a city with ranged units until the health of the city becomes 1

the health value that will decrease in the next attack is still displayed, and this value is very large
( Mokpo: 1->0(663091) in the screenshot )

This value is not always 663091, but it is always abnormal at this time

Minor oversight in #10738, almost obvious from code inspection.
