qiita template時に任意のファイル名にできるように #15

現状、qiita templateをすると、template.orgが生成される。
複数の記事を書く場合、template.orgを重複して作成できず、テンプレート作成後はファイル名を書き換える必要がある。
そのため、qiita template実行時に任意のファイル名に決めることができるようにしてほしい
