This repository contains source code and aggregated input data to reproduce the results in the paper:

• src contains the file MSDX_SRB_EQI.R for computing the effect of individual factors (or clusters thereof) of EQI variables on SRB
• ipynb contains the Jupyter notebooks Time_series_monthly.ipynb and Time_series_weekly.ipynb for analysing the time-series used to assess the effect of stressful events (Hurricane Katrina and Virginia Tech shooting) on SRB.
• data contains the input data referenced in the R source code and the Jupyter notebooks.
