How to install REP with latest docker release?

@pupadupa you can use Kitematic for it. Procedure should be quite the same as in this video.

Where does it get information about ports forwarding?

@arogozhnikov somewhere in the guts it is the same vm with boot2docker running, kitematic is just a wrapper around.
