Filter subscriptions by unread only

When I go to subscriptions it takes me a while to find the one I need

It would be beneficial for people with lots of subscriptions (150+) to have the option to filter the subscriptions list by unread only.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It would help if there was a quicker and more accessible way to access the groups instead of the multi tap and hard to reach option
