Align positions with DOAP #1

DOAP is an RDF schema and XML vocabulary for describing software projects.

It would be nice if Dist::Zilla::Plugin::HelpWanted's roles could be aligned with DOAP's project roles, which are:

maintainer
developer
helper
tester
documenter
translator

They're already pretty similar.

I'm happy to write the code for this and submit a pull request, if you agree with the idea in principle.
