Author comes out as "unknown" for List::Comprehensions

I didn't have time to diagnose this one, but when I cloned List::Comprehensions the CPAN Author Name for the email address came out as the literal "unknown". But, see my next issue about GIT_AUTHOR_NAME.

It looks good to me, though:

$ cpanm Git::CPAN::Patch
Git::CPAN::Patch is up to date. (2.2.1)

$ git cpan clone List-Comprehensions
$ cd List-Comprehensions

$ git log -1
commit 629eaed217a44748bb33a99615d0fee774825f7f
Author: OPHIUCI <OPHIUCI@cpan.org>
Date:   Sun Jul 13 07:18:06 2003 -0400

    import List-Comprehensions 0.13

    git-cpan-module:   List-Comprehensions
    git-cpan-version:  0.13
    git-cpan-authorid: OPHIUCI

I'll close the ticket, but if there is still a problem on your side, put here that you see in your git log -1 and I'll pursue the issue.
