Useless project that tries to model the life of different bacterias in a petri dish: for learning purpose

COMPILING and RUNING

1. Download all files
2. Go in the folder and compile: scons
3. Go in the build folder and run: ./application

Commands

Use the following commands to place bacterias where the cursor is :

• S : simple bacterias
• P : plasmid bacterias
• T : twitching bacterias
• 1 : swarm bacterias 1
• 2 : swarm bacterias 2
