.NET 5.0 version as service #227

Version for .net 5.0 cannot start as service, net start says:
"Error 2186: The service is not responding to the control function."

Same cmdline but run from CMD as admin - all work fine.

P.S.: NET 5.0 is out of support now. 6.0 is LTS (and 7.0 is Preview).
