Facing issue while upgrading the module #1329

I installed the yarn version 0.16.0 on windows. I try upgrade some packages, i got below error.

yarn upgrade moment@2.15.1

Trace:
Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, open 'C:\xxxx\xxxxx\xxxxxxx\xxxxxxx\node_modules@types\jasmine\index.d.ts'
at Error (native)

NodeJs Version : v6.5.0
Yarn Version : 0.16.0
OS : Windows 10

Sometime its working.

"@types" folder is missing in node_modules while upgrade the packages

I have the same problem, with the same file, with yarn@0.16.1
