Priority of .npmrc and .yarnrc? #2672

It seems that ~/.yarnrc's priority is lower than ~/.npmrc. With both registry field set, yarn will use ~/.npmrc's registry.

So is it possible to set two different registry of yarn and npm?

Please mention your node.js, yarn and operating system version.
node 7.2.0
yarn 0.17.9
