What is the current behavior?
yarn and yarn add never finish installation

If the current behavior is a bug, please provide the steps to reproduce.

No mattar what package I try to add, it always stop installation before it actually finish

What is the expected behavior?
I Expect to be able to install new packages and to reinstall dependencies using yarn
Please mention your node.js, yarn and operating system version.
