Yarns info command output could sort time list before displaying it. That would make it more useful #6745

I like to use the CLI to quickly see when new versions have come out to try to correlate new issues with a package to recent changes. It's unfortunately pretty common that updates break things. yarn info PACKAGENAME time is really useful for this, but the output is unsorted. For packages with a lot of releases, it would be great if it was sorted by date.
