  • Node Version: v12.15.0
  • Yarn v1 Version: 2.0.0-rc27
  • OS and version: Windows 10 Pro

run cmd : yarn config set globalFolder "D:\node.js\yarn_cache\Berry"
error message: Usage Error: This command must be run from within a project folder
$ yarn config set
