Webpack issue on Node 17

On Node 17, Webpack breaks so recently the fixed version was released. And for smooth usage for yarn v1, I think it has to be updated. But current version yarn is using 2.x version. ref : yarpkg/yarn/package.json Could it be okay to leave this issue?

By the way, I am currently using yarn berry, but bunch of repo such as angular is still using yarn v1. If this occurs a critical issue, would you fix this problem, or make other repo to use berry?
