Implement new features inside node_init.sh and hoster init

TBD:

• Set chrony as our new default NTP manager (install the app, enable the service, and disable the ntpd and ntpdate)
• Make updates to the host_config.json, because it should now include a search_domain, and not only the list of upstream DNS servers
• Add a new cron.d file that utilises scheduler for backups and replication
• Add a new @reboot cron job to automatically init Hoster at a boot time
• Add bash completion to .bashrc as well as .profile
• Placeholder for more changes
