Angular's new commit convention removed `chore` type. But `standard-version` is supporting `chore` type yet. So replace `@commitlint/config-angular` with `@commitlint/config-conventional`. For details, see below: https://github.com/marionebl/commitlint/tree/master/@commitlint/config-conventional
